Estos términos regulan el uso de GOM Tools Business Manager (la «Plataforma»), una aplicación web de GOM Network disponible en https://app.gomnetwork.com para gestionar el marketing digital de empresas y sus clientes. Al crear una cuenta o usar la Plataforma aceptas estos términos y la Política de privacidad.
El acceso es por invitación o licencia de GOM Network. Cada organización administra sus proyectos, sus miembros y los permisos de cada uno. Eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña en secreto y de la actividad hecha con tu cuenta.
Una persona autorizada de un proyecto puede conectar servicios de terceros (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, servidores de correo, entre otros) con sus propias credenciales. Al hacerlo declaras que tienes autorización para dar ese acceso y aceptas las condiciones de cada servicio. Los cambios en campañas publicitarias solo se aplican cuando una persona autorizada los pide o los aprueba según los permisos de su organización; la organización es responsable de esos cambios y de su inversión publicitaria. Puedes desconectar un servicio en cualquier momento.
Una organización puede conectar agentes de inteligencia artificial por MCP y limitar sus habilidades. Las respuestas y acciones de un agente son orientativas: la organización debe revisarlas antes de publicar o aplicar cambios.
No puedes usar la Plataforma para enviar correo no deseado, infringir derechos de terceros, publicar contenido ilegal o engañoso, intentar acceder a datos de otras organizaciones ni afectar la seguridad o disponibilidad del servicio.
El contenido que cargas o creas (landings, campañas, textos, archivos) es de tu organización. GOM Network conserva los derechos sobre la Plataforma, su código y su marca.
Trabajamos para que la Plataforma esté disponible y segura, pero puede tener interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas ajenas. Podemos mejorar o cambiar funciones; los cambios importantes de estos términos se publican en esta página con su fecha.
La Plataforma se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida que permita la ley, GOM Network no responde por pérdidas indirectas, lucro cesante ni por decisiones tomadas con los datos o recomendaciones de la Plataforma o de servicios de terceros.
Puedes dejar de usar la Plataforma en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender una cuenta que incumpla estos términos. Al terminar, los datos se tratan según la Política de privacidad.

These terms govern the use of GOM Tools Business Manager (the “Platform”), a web application by GOM Network available at https://app.gomnetwork.com to manage the digital marketing of businesses and their clients. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access is by invitation or GOM Network license. Each organization manages its projects, members and their permissions. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity performed with your account.
An authorized project user may connect third-party services (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, email servers, among others) with their own credentials. By doing so you confirm you are authorized to grant that access and accept each service’s terms. Changes to ad campaigns are only applied when an authorized user requests or approves them under their organization’s permissions; the organization is responsible for those changes and its ad spend. You can disconnect a service at any time.
An organization may connect AI agents through MCP and limit their skills. An agent’s answers and actions are guidance: the organization must review them before publishing or applying changes.
You may not use the Platform to send spam, infringe third-party rights, publish illegal or misleading content, try to access other organizations’ data or affect the security or availability of the service.
Content you upload or create (landings, campaigns, texts, files) belongs to your organization. GOM Network keeps the rights to the Platform, its code and its brand.
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but it may have interruptions. It is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, GOM Network is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made with data or recommendations from the Platform or third-party services. You may stop using the Platform at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new date.
