These terms govern the use of GOM Tools Business Manager (the “Platform”), a web application by GOM Network available at https://app.gomnetwork.com to manage the digital marketing of businesses and their clients. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access is by invitation or by a GOM Network license. Each organization manages its projects, its members and each member’s permissions. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity performed with your account.
An authorized project user may connect third-party services (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, email servers, among others) with their own credentials. By doing so you confirm that you are authorized to grant that access and you accept the terms of each service. Changes to ad campaigns are only applied when an authorized user requests or approves them under their organization’s permissions; the organization is responsible for those changes and for its ad spend. You can disconnect a service at any time.
An organization may connect artificial intelligence agents through MCP and limit their skills. An agent’s answers and actions are guidance only: the organization must review them before publishing or applying changes.
You may not use the Platform to send spam, infringe third-party rights, publish illegal or misleading content, try to access other organizations’ data, or affect the security or availability of the service.
The content you upload or create (landing pages, campaigns, texts, files) belongs to your organization. GOM Network keeps the rights to the Platform, its code and its brand.
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but it may have interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may improve or change features; material changes to these terms are published on this page with their date.
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GOM Network is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made with the data or recommendations of the Platform or of third-party services.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
